Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Creator Sourcing & Relationship Manager to build a network of creators and partners, onboard new talent, and manage lifecycle activities from onboarding to performance check-ins.

You will oversee campaign execution, partner management, and data-driven optimisation, while supporting clients with setup, tracking, and reporting—operating with a focus on compliance and brand safety.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or creator management.
• Familiar with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard creators according to growth targets.
• Manage affiliate campaigns across digital platforms and creator-led content campaigns.
• Coordinate briefs, deliverables, and timelines for brand campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights.
• Support client campaigns with setup, tracking, and results reporting.
• Ensure compliance, brand safety, and platform best practices.
