Job summary

Wingspan International is seeking an experienced interior designer to conceptualise and realise designs for residential and commercial spaces in Shah Alam. You will develop mood boards, create floor plans and 3D visualisations, and collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation.

The role requires 2–3 years of interior design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and a solid grasp of materials, sustainability and budgets. On-site coordination and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2–3 years professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes and sustainable principles.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop interior design concepts and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings: floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals.
• Conduct site measurements to understand space constraints.
• Present proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Source materials, finishes and furniture within budgets.
• Collaborate with managers and contractors to meet timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and liaise with suppliers.
