Job summary

Urbano Craft Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our design team in Kuala Lumpur. You will transform client ideas into functional, visually appealing spaces through concept development, space planning and detailed drawings.

You will work on real residential and commercial projects, produce mood boards and 3D renderings, attend client meetings and collaborate with project teams to ensure deadlines are met while refining your design portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, D5 Render or similar software is an advantage.
• Portfolio is required and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to join our design team. You will be involved in developing design concepts and transforming ideas into functional and visually appealing spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts according to client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards and design presentations.
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts and interior layouts.
• Produce 2D drawings and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Research and select suitable materials, finishes, colours and furniture.
• Prepare design proposals and presentations for clients.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts.
• Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.
• Revise designs based on client feedback.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in interior design is preferred.
