Job summary

IQI Concept Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Interior Designer with at least 2 years of residential project experience to join a growing design-and-build team. You will generate innovative designs, prepare proposal drawings, and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max and SketchUp is required, with fluent English and Mandarin communication. Own transport is required as the role involves site coordination and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Min 2 years of working experience in residential projects.
• Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client’s requirements and budget.
• To prepare proposal drawings for design presentations and detailed drawings for confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project.
• To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company.
• To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
