Job summary

Enertrack Tech in Malaysia seeks a seasoned sales leader to own P&L and drive the local market for solar brackets and tracking systems. You will develop EPCs, IPPs, and distributors, manage tenders and orders, and expand coverage across ground, rooftop, and fishery PV projects.

You will leverage HQ resources, maintain strong local partnerships, and ensure products are adapted to Malaysian climate and standards. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must; travel will be required.

Job description

Take full ownership of P&L and overall sales operation for solar mounting structures and tracking systems in Malaysia. Focus on selling fixed brackets, flexible mounting and intelligent solar trackers, develop local EPC, IPP and distributor channels, capture ground solar, rooftop and fishery-PV project opportunities, and rapidly expand local market coverage and sales scale of PV bracket products.

• Formulate and implement Malaysia market expansion strategies for solar brackets and tracking systems, complete annual product sales volume and project bidding targets.
• Develop and maintain core local resources including mainstream EPCs, energy investment enterprises, government energy institutions and regional distributors.
• Independently manage full sales process of PV bracket products, including client development, product & technical solution docking, quotation negotiation, tendering and order delivery follow-up.
• Track local renewable energy policies and competitor trends, and establish stable local partner distribution system for sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with HQ teams to optimize bracket product localization adaptation suitable for Malaysian climate and project scenarios, ensure efficient project delivery and improve customer loyalty.
• Channel Resources: Own ready-made high-quality local resources of Malaysian solar EPCs, IPPs and engineering contractors, familiar with Southeast Asian solar business ecology.
• Market & Product Experience: Familiar with Malaysia solar grid standards, bidding rules and project approval processes; proficient in photovoltaic bracket and tracker product knowledge, with rich experience in matching products for local ground, rooftop and fishery PV scenarios.
• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory); Bahasa Malaysia speaker is a plus.
• Business Capability: Excellent interpersonal negotiation and social skills, adaptive to local business reception and relationship maintenance.
• Personal Traits: Market-sensitive, highly resilient to pressure, proactive, and able to support long-term local business travel and stable market operation.
