Job summary

Enertrack Tech in Malaysia seeks a seasoned sales leader to own P&L and drive the local market for solar brackets and tracking systems. You will develop EPCs, IPPs, and distributors, manage tenders and orders, and expand coverage across ground, rooftop, and fishery PV projects.

You will leverage HQ resources, maintain strong local partnerships, and ensure products are adapted to Malaysian climate and standards. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling solar brackets and tracking systems in Malaysia.
• Knowledge of local EPCs, IPPs and distributors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
• Willing to travel domestically and build long-term local partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales process for PV bracket products, including client development, solution docking, quotations, tenders and order follow-up.
• Develop and maintain local EPCs, IPPs and distributors as core channels.
• Formulate Malaysia market expansion strategies for solar brackets and tracking systems.
