Job summary

BigBath Malaysia, established in 2010, seeks a proactive Sales and Marketing professional for ID/construction projects. You will network, visit sites, and tailor proposals to win orders, building lasting client relationships.

You’ll work a 5-day week with commission incentives, handle presentations, and report to management while collaborating with our marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ID firm or B2B corporate sales.
• Dealing with government construction projects.
• Proficient in Canva, PPT, Excel and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Approach early-stage ID/construction projects through networks and site visits
• Run technical sales presentations and prepare tailored proposals
• Close deals, negotiate contracts, and build repeat-client relationships
• Track market intel and competitor moves; report to management

Job Responsibility

Working Time : Monday - Frdiday : 10am - 7pm

Requirements:

Experience in ID firm or B2B corporate sales , Dealling with Government Construction Project

Proficient in Canva, PPT, Excel, GDrive

Own car + license + laptop; flexible hours for client needs

Organized, detail-obsessed, hungry to hit targets

Fixed basic salary + personal & team commission (average monthly commission at least RM7,000)

EPF + SOCSO + full allowances (Car + laptop Subsidy)

5-day work week + 98 days maternity leave + up to 20 days annual leave
