Ria Money Transfer, a global payments leader, seeks a Relationship Manager in Sales to drive nationwide market expansion and corporate client acquisition. You will own end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to revenue growth, coordinating with HR and Finance leaders to deliver seamless salary disbursement operations and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate client management experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proven track record in acquiring corporate clients.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transport.
• Willingness to work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through go-to-market strategies.
• Pitch value proposition, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close partnerships.
• Act as primary relationship owner for corporate clients.
• Ensure onboarding, salary disbursement operations, and ongoing client success.
• Track performance against KPIs.
• Relay client feedback to improve products and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and upsell.
• Conduct client training and enablement sessions.
