Job summary

Ria Money Transfer in Malaysia seeks a compliant and detail-oriented analyst to support sanctions screening, onboarding reviews, and risk reporting for partner relationships. You will monitor transactions against global sanction lists and perform adverse media checks to ensure ongoing compliance.

Collaborating with FIU and Oversight teams, you will produce clear risk assessments and maintain high standards of integrity, accuracy, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sanction Screening: Monitor and screen client transactions and relationships against global sanction lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU) to identify and escalate potential matches.
• Adverse Media Monitoring: Conduct checks for negative news and adverse media related to clients and escalate findings.
• Onboarding review: Analyze information and documentation for onboarding of new partners.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings including risk assessments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with FIU and Oversight teams.
