RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a motivated Junior Relationship Manager to support the management and growth of relationships with large corporate clients. You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive business growth.

The role involves credit analysis, market research, and cross-selling corporate banking products across Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/economics or related field.
• Experience in corporate banking or relationship management support is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess financial statements.
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of relationships with large corporate clients.
• Assist in preparing credit proposals and financial analyses.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Cross-sell corporate banking solutions (Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury).
• Monitor portfolios and assist in credit risk management.
• Collaborate with product partners, credit, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on client activities, pipelines, and portfolio performance.
• Participate in client meetings with senior Relationship Managers.
