Ria Money Transfer, a global payments leader, seeks a Relationship Manager in Sales to drive nationwide market expansion and corporate client acquisition. You will own end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to revenue growth, coordinating with HR and Finance leaders to deliver seamless salary disbursement operations and ongoing client success.

About This Role

As a Relationship Manager in Sales department your role will be responsible for driving nationwide market expansion and corporate client acquisition for RIA CSD, while owning end-to-end client relationships to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through targeted go-to-market strategies and direct engagement with HR and Finance leaders.
• Pitch RIA CSD's value proposition, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close partnership agreements.
• Act as the primary relationship owner for corporate clients, building trust and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, salary disbursement operations, and ongoing client success.
• Track performance against acquisition, revenue, and coverage KPIs.
• Collect and relay client feedback to improve products, processes, and onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, enhance service delivery, and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct client training and enablement sessions, sharing best practices to drive usage and satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting stakeholder expectations and advancing the company's objectives.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with persuasive communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends when needed.
• Proven track record in managing corporate clients, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable access to personal transportation.
