iFAST Global Hub AI Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive for Ops Product & Corporate Action (SG Support). The role focuses on reconciling corporate actions data and publishing a trusted golden copy for regional offices and clients.

You will gain exposure to multiple asset classes and markets while building a foundation in corporate actions processing, reconciliation, and data quality controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial operations, securities services, custody, or related field.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, securities and corporate actions concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Exposure to SWIFT messaging, custody, or settlement systems through coursework, internships, or prior roles.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and cross-check corporate actions event data to produce a single golden copy.
• Maintain version control and audit trail of golden copy updates.
• Publish the golden copy to regional offices for downstream processing and reporting.
• Perform daily reconciliations between source data feeds and internal records.
• Investigate data breaks and escalate unresolved items to senior executives.
• Support entitlements reconciliations and maintain reconciliation logs for audit.
