iFAST Corporation Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive for Ops Product & Corporate Action (SG Support) to consolidate and cross-check corporate actions data into a single golden copy for each event, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

The role includes daily reconciliations between source feeds and the golden copy, investigation of data breaks, and drafting notices for stakeholders while coordinating with custodians and internal teams to resolve data issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, securities, and corporate actions concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Exposure to SWIFT messaging, custody, or settlement systems through coursework, internships, or prior roles.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and cross-check corporate actions event data from multiple sources to produce a single, accurate golden copy record for each event.
• Ensure golden copy records are complete, accurate, and updated promptly as event terms are confirmed, amended, or finalized.
• Publish/release the golden copy in a timely manner to enable regional offices to consume accurate data for their own processing and client servicing needs.
• Perform daily reconciliations between source data feeds and internal golden copy records to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve data breaks in a timely manner, escalating unresolved items to senior executives.
• Support position and entitlement reconciliations following event completion to confirm golden copy accuracy against actual outcomes.
• Draft clear, concise, and accurate corporate action notices and event summaries for dissemination to internal stakeholders, operational teams, and clients.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, registrars, product teams, technology teams, and other internal departments to clarify event details and resolve data-related issues.
• Develop working knowledge of corporate actions event types, market practices, and messaging standards across covered markets.
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of new functionalities.
