KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Role in Organisation. Structure & Strategic Impact on Organisation)

1. Customer Satisfaction

To ensure the product we sell are safe, legal and of the quality our customer expect.
To coach team members to achieve customer OKR.
To coach team members to adhere back office procedures during the day
To coach team members to deliver stock control routines so that all product ranges are in stock every hour of every day
To lead Replenishment teams in the delivery of all trade driving activity, seasonal events, cultural festivals and weekends.

2. Organization Efficiency

To achieve operations OKR.
To ensure the way the business operates is safe and legal, by adhere Safety and Hygiene standards based on company policies.
To report to the management and seek improvements to standards and way of working when standards deteriorated
To coach team members to understand and deliver their Safe and Legal obligations
To plan and mobilize to ensure right people in the right place at the right time
To coach team members to deliver replenishment processes
To coach team members to deliver daily stock counts on time and accurately
To coach team members to deliver schematic display policies and routines
To coach team members to implement any direct store activities on time
To deliver Safe and Legal routines and coach team members to adhere to them at all times.

3. Employee training and Development

To share necessary feedback, experience, knowledge and know-how to key front liners in the store in improving the professionalism image among them.
To organize and conduct professional training for subordinates
To coach and plan for my team members to achieve Finance Key Performance Indicators
To coach team members to deliver their departments performance always within budget
To coach team members to compliance with procedures and achieve good result in store audit.
