Job summary

Jora Malaysia is actively seeking Conveyancing Lawyers (Junior & Senior) to support our growing practice. You will handle sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and manage files from start to finish under supervision or with increasing independence.

A strong client-facing approach and accuracy are essential. Junior candidates need at least 1 year of conveyancing experience, while Seniors should have 3–4 years in sub-sale transactions and loan documentation.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing experience for junior or senior level as stated.
• Ability to manage multiple files under deadlines.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and fast typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation.
• Manage conveyancing files from start to finish with supervision (Junior) or minimal supervision (Senior).
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of documentation.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, banks, and agents.

Immediate Hiring: Conveyancing Lawyer (Junior @ Senior)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Conveyancing Lawyers (Junior & Senior) to join our growing legal practice. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling conveyancing matters, ensuring timely completion of transactions, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

• Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing matters.
• Assist in handling sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation.
• Manage conveyancing files from commencement to completion under supervision.
• Ensure all tasks and documentation are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Senior Conveyancing Lawyer

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sub-sale transactions and loan documentation.
• Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements for purchasers and vendors.
• Independently manage and oversee conveyancing files from commencement through completion with minimal supervision.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely completion of transactions.
