As a Contracts Executive, you will support the commercial and administrative functions of construction projects, helping to ensure documentation, tendering, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis are managed with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Managing and reviewing construction drawings, tender documents, and project-related documentation

Preparing quantity take-offs for structural and infrastructure works

Conducting cost analysis and supporting budgeting and commercial assessments

Assisting with tender preparation, procurement coordination, and contract administration

Liaising with site teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project delivery

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring project documentation is organised and up to date

Supporting the effective coordination of project stakeholders across multiple workstreams

Contributing to process improvement and the smooth execution of project and commercial activities

About you

Experience in a Contracts Executive, Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveying, or similar construction-related position

Solid understanding of construction documentation, contract administration, and tender processes

Demonstrated experience in quantity take-offs and cost analysis

Exposure to structural and/or infrastructure construction projects

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong sense of accountability

High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities

A genuine desire to grow professionally and take on greater responsibility over time
