Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Leasing Executive to support planning, organization, and implementation of the retail mall's leasing and tenancy mix. You will constantly review tenant mixes to reflect market trends and focus on securing new and renewing tenants.

Role requires a degree in Marketing/Real Estate Management, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with willingness to work in Penang and liaise with multiple

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Real Estate Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing the leasing plan and tenancy mix for the retail mall.
• Review and evaluate the tenant mix to ensure relevance with market conditions.
• Identify and secure potential tenants and finalize lease agreements for new and renewing tenants.
• Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with departments on rental, deposits, fit-out and operations.
