Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee evaluation and preparation of project progress claims, verify sub-contractor monthly claims, and resolve contractual and commercial issues at site.

You will manage costings within budget, review and recommend claims for certification, administer contracts, ensure ISO-compliant processes, and lead tendering activities including interviews, cost analyses, and award

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in the construction/property development industry.
• Familiar with both PWD and PAM Conditions of Contract.
• Able to work independently in handling pre and post tender.
• Vast knowledge in infrastructure works such as flood mitigation, water treatment plant, and etc will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of pre and post contract works.
• Possess good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good management skill, a team player and able to cope in an accelerated work environment.
• Able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines, and possess a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities
