You will be responsible for drafting, revising, and archiving all project agreements, mitigating operational risks under local Malaysian regulations, and conducting strategic market research to build a robust local subcontractor network.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Contract Drafting & Risk Mitigation:** Take full charge of drafting, compiling, revising, and archiving various project contracts and legal agreements. Continuously improve contract terms based on evolving site conditions and local statutory regulations to minimize company liability.* **Subcontract Procurement & Market Research:** Conduct detailed market research on local Malaysian subcontracting resources. Identify high-quality teams, evaluate their qualifications, audit past performance records, and maintain a centralized subcontractor ledger to back project bidding decisions.* **Ad-hoc Support:** Complete secondary business operations and commercial contract-related tasks assigned by the project management team.**Requirements & Qualifications:*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university. Priority will be given to candidates majoring in Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying (Engineering Cost), Business, Law, or related commercial fields.* **Experience:** 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in engineering business operations or commercial contract management. Direct exposure to large-scale international EPC project models is highly preferred.* **Languages:** Highly proficient in both English and Malay (written and spoken). Must be capable of independently managing local business liaison, executing accurate document translations, and leading on-site corporate communication.* **Core Competencies:** Proficient in standard office productivity suites (MS Word, Excel).
