Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to propose solutions for new projects or bids.
• Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions.
• Coordinate with Procurements, IT, Real Estate & Facility, HRD, QHSE, QMS, Operations to reconfirm resources to deploy.
• Construct the resource planning, space utilization, and operational analysis based on bidding data.
• Generate the costing model, according to new project requirements, and propose the optimum pricing model and rate structure.
• Assessing all the possible and practical innovations for the specific proposal. Ensure it is feasible technically and financially.
• Preparing technical solutions for the specific project (i.e. engineering drawing, warehouse layout, process and material flow, etc)
• Present the technical solution during tender selection meeting
