CEVA Logistics is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional for contract logistics and comprehensive supply chain solutions. The role emphasizes new business acquisition, relationship management, tender handling, and strong commercial negotiations across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in BD or related fields, with knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and CRM usage. The position requires leadership in proposals and pricing, and a goal-oriented, independent work

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• 5–8 years in BD, sales, account management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Knowledge of 3PL/4PL logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in RFQ/RFP and tender management.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Exposure to regional or multinational customer accounts is a plus.
