Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Contract Field Service Technician to be the backbone of our remote service network, ensuring the operational reliability of the heavy-duty MOVE EVO Series across Malaysia's crucial commercial centers and remote states (e.g., Penang).

Key Responsibilities (Execution & Service Quality)
Your mission is to execute critical, rapid, and single-visit repairs on an on-demand basis, following HQ's strategic protocols:

• Precision Execution: Execute accurate electrical and mechanical repairs strictly according to the HQ Remote Diagnosis Work Order.
• Parts Handling: Coordinate the timely reception and accurate installation of spare parts shipped directly from MOVE HQ (KL).
• Customer Sign-Off: Crucially, obtain customer signatures on the Service Completion Form and submit all necessary documentation to HQ to close the task.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain high efficiency to ensure the success of the single-visit repair model in remote areas.

Requirements & Compensation

• Skill Set: Proven experience in electrical/mechanical repair. **EV/DC systems experience is highly valued.**
• Commitment: Must adhere strictly to the **HQ Remote Diagnosis Protocol** for maximum service efficiency.
• Logistics: Must possess own reliable transport suitable for accessing various customer locations.
• Working Hours (Availability): Contract-based **On-Demand** model. Must **respond and arrive at the customer site within 1-3 hours** of receiving an HQ work order. This position requires immediate priority action and does not have fixed hours.
• Reward: Competitive **Task-Based Fee** plus mileage allowance, paid upon successful completion and verification of the service task.
