Responsibilities include precise electrical and mechanical repairs per HQ Remote Diagnosis Protocol, coordinating spare parts from MOVE HQ (KL), obtaining customer sign-off, and timely documentation for HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical/mechanical repair.
• EV/DC systems experience valued.
• Must adhere to HQ Remote Diagnosis Protocol.
• Own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-demand, single-visit repairs.
• Coordinate reception and installation of spare parts.
• Obtain customer signatures on the Service Completion Form and submit docs to HQ.
• Maintain high efficiency to support the single-visit repair model in remote areas.
