Job summary

Landlords Property & Facilities Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Building Manager/Building Executive/Admin for Cyberjaya/Kota Damansara. The role covers operations of the management office and building, assisting meetings, liaising with committee members, enforcing bylaws, budgeting, supervising admin/maintenance/technical teams, and monitoring service providers and contracts.

The candidate should have 3+ years in property management or related discipline, strong IT skills

Qualifications

Possess Property Management, Building Surveying or relevant disciplines experience and knowledge.
At least 3 years' working experience in relevant fields.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with some knowledge on Property Management Systems.
Experience to administer documentation with local authorities including preparation of notices, memo etc.
Good customer service, working relationship at all levels and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel-Full-Time position(s) available.
Knowledge and ability working with the 'CSS' and/or 'Condo Master' System is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee smooth operation of the Management Office and the Building.
Assist in facilitating AGMs, EGMs, Monthly MC Meetings and related meetings.
Liaise with Committee Members on work in progress (WIP).
Enforce house rules, bylaws and additional bylaws.
Prepare the annual budget of the building operation.
Lead and monitor performance of administrative, maintenance and technical teams.
Review and monitor performance of service providers and contracts.
Prepare monthly building reports.
Coordinate with Local Authorities (e.g., COB, BOMBA, MBPJ).
Attend to complaints from management committee, owners and tenants.
Monitor and coordinate collection of outstanding debts.
Handle any other ad hoc duties/tasks/projects as assigned by HQ.
