Responsibilities

• Quantity measurement and take-off.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
• Prepare and track variations (VO).
• Handle subcontractor claims.
• Assist with EOT / contractual claims.
• Prepare work orders and LOA.
• Follow up on certificates and payments.
• Coordinate with site team, QS, consultants and subcontractors.
