Job summary

Geohan is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and subcontracts. The role includes managing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts, while supporting tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement activities.

The candidate should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying with 1–3 years of experience, and could benefit from exposure to piling/foundation projects and Mandarin language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Experience in piling or foundation projects is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
