Job summary

CCECC (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, seeks a qualified Cost Controller/Financial Analyst to support project budgeting and cost control across departments. You will prepare preliminary and final budgets, monitor expenditures, review payments, and assist in settlements and design changes.

Key duties include reviewing subcontractor qualifications, organizing bidding, managing contracts, preparing reports on schedule, and supporting tender activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project preliminary and final budgets; assist in responsibility budgets and supervise cost management by departments.
• Review construction budgets, verify work and payments, handle settlements, design changes, claims, and support finance in collections.
• Review subcontractors’ qualifications, organize bidding, assist in selection, manage contracts, and oversee work verification and settlement.
• Submit reports on schedule, assist in resolving internal financial disputes, and support tender and bid preparation.
• Review project material requirements and monthly supply plans from the materials department.
• Conduct daily management tasks such as responsibility cost analysis.
