Scientex Park (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Executive/Quantity Surveyor to manage project budgets, tendering, and progress claims. You will monitor material quantities, track site progress, and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, strong communication, and proficiency in Malay/English with Mandarin as an added advantage. Knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Competenze

• At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Preparation of projects’ forecast budgets.
• Preparation of Sub-Contractors’ awards by executing tendering progress.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and Sub-Contractors’ Interim Certificates.
• Monitoring material quantity within budgets.
• Monitoring construction site progress and liaise closely with site personnel.
• Liaison with respective sub-contractors, consultants and Authority.
