Job summary

CSCEC Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform site measurement and take-off works, and to manage valuations and contractual documentation for subcontractors. You will assist with sourcing and price negotiations, develop project plans and budgets, and help prepare tender documents for new bids.

The role requires 3–5 years of QS experience, proficiency with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and is based on-site in Kulai, Malaysia. EPF/SOCSO/EIS and insurance benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Glodon Software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant professional qualifications and ability to handle valuations and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
