Job summary

Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd is looking for a Contract Executive to handle pre- and post-contract management on-site in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role requires overseeing costs, budgeting, and contract documentation.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and the finance team, attend site meetings, and help finalize accounts across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Construction Management Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Experience with high-rise buildings or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Executive located in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Description

• Accountable for pre and post contract management.
• Monitoring materials and construction cost, variation order and final accounts.
• Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates.
• Check contract documents, prepare main claims and subcontract certificates.
• Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties.
• Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Co-ordinate with finance department on payment related matters, monitoring monthly projection of cash flow.
• Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
• Prepare/verify payment claims and finalize final account of projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Construction Management System.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Experienced in handling high-rise building or infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
