Job summary

NICESTLYE REFURBISHMENT SDN BHD, based in Puchong, seeks a detail-oriented Contract Executive for its interior design team. You will prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other project documents, review tender specs, and monitor budgets and progress.

Responsibilities include managing variation orders, progress claims and final accounts, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure contractual compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, renovation, fit-out or construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical, negotiation and communication skills.

Working Hours: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (MON-FRI)

Location: Setia Walk, Puchong

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Contract Executive to join our interior design team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other project-related documents.

Review tender documents, specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant experience in interior design, renovation, fit-out or construction is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with quotations, budgeting, progress claims and variation orders is an advantage.

Strong numerical, negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple projects.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
