TKR Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Analyst in Malaysia to support the commercial and contract management functions. Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Finance / Supply Chain / Law or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in contracts or commercial administration.
  • Experience in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
  • Experience with tender documentation and contract records.
  • ERP systems experience; offshore operations exposure; familiarity with PETRONAS procurement processes.
  • Mandatory Certifications: Contract Administration Training, Microsoft Excel Advanced, ERP/SAP Training, ISO 9001 Awareness, Ethics & Compliance Training
  • Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Technical Knowledge: Excel Advanced, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI (preferred), SAP / ERP Systems, SharePoint, Contract Database Management, Data Analysis, Report Preparation and Commercial Documentation

Job description

The Contract Analyst supports the commercial and contract management function by analyzing tender documents, reviewing contractual requirements, maintaining contract records, preparing commercial reports, monitoring compliance, supporting claims administration, and providing analytical support throughout the contract lifecycle.

The role ensures commercial information is accurate, well documented, and readily available to support effective contract execution and informed business decisions.

4) Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in contracts or commercial administration.
  • Experience in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
  • Experience with tender documentation and contract records.
  • Preferably candidate that has experience with ERP systems experience, exposure to offshore operations and familiarity with PETRONAS procurement processes.
  • Mandatory Certifications: Contract Administration Training, Microsoft Excel Advanced, ERP/SAP Training, ISO 9001 Awareness, Ethics & Compliance Training
  • Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

The river serves as the main route for cargo vessel to gain entry and exit and plays a major role as a transit for trans-loading operation, berthing, repair and maintainance services and other related matters to shipping industries.
