Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of construction, QS, contract administration or project administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; Chinese is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveyors in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Assist with preparation and submission of progress claims.
• Assist in preparing and tracking variation orders (VO).
• Prepare and organize supporting documents for claims and variations.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, variation orders and payment matters.
• Check and maintain records of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Work Orders and other project documents.
• Assist in preparing project cost and contract-related reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, claims, variations and correspondence.
• Coordinate with the QS, site team, suppliers and main contractors when required.
• Follow up with relevant parties on outstanding documents and submissions.
• Perform general contract administration and other duties assigned by management.
