Job summary

TQS KONSULT PLT is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive quantity surveying services across our diverse construction projects, assisting with cost estimates, BOQ preparation, and tender documents.

You will conduct site measurements, take-offs, and review contract variations, while liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost control and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Experience in cost estimation, bill of quantities, and tender documents.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with architects, engineers and contractors on cost matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Review contract variations and claims.
• Compile data for meetings and liaise with project stakeholders on cost matters.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide technical support to the team.
