Job summary

CNmy International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support pre-construction and construction management activities. You will prepare tender docs, cost estimates, and oversee monthly cash flow and valuations while coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers.

You should have 8+ years in QS practice, a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 8+ years in QS practice or consultancy.
• Experience with M&E QS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fee proposals and bids to secure projects.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates (CAPEX) and feasibility input.
• Oversee monthly progress claims and payments processing.
• Prepare tender documentation and Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on documentation.
