Job summary

Rhingle Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Content Writer and Producer to own the social content lifecycle, from concept to distribution. You will script, direct, shoot, edit, and star in high-performing short-form content for regional and global clients, using AI to accelerate writing.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Marketing or Mass Communication, 2–4 years in content creation, strong English and Malay, and hands-on production skills with CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci.

The era of the pure-play copywriter is evolving and we are hiring a Content Writer and Producer to sit within our creative team. This is a role for a wordsmith who wants to step out from behind the keyboard and own the entire social content lifecycle. You will use AI to supercharge your writing process, freeing up your time to script, direct, shoot, edit, and star in high-performing social video content for our roster of regional and global clients.

Roles and responsibilities

• Copywriting (with the help of AI of course)
  Write sharp, engaging social copy and video scripts. You will leverage generative AI to brainstorm, outline, and iterate, and you add a human touch to polish the final output.
• End-to-End Execution
  Support with shooting and editing short-form social video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). You own the asset from concept to final export.
• On-Camera Talent
  Act as the face and voice of our campaigns when needed, bringing natural energy and authenticity to the screen.
• Delivering the key message
  Partner seamlessly with strategists, designers, and strategists to ensure your content maps back to the broader 360-degree campaign objectives.
• Cultural Trendspotting
  Keep up to date with ASEAN digital trends, audio shifts, and platform updates, instantly translating them into relevant content for our clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, social media, video production, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Ability to write engaging content tailored to different brands, audiences, and platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media platforms.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Passionate about social media trends, digital culture, and content innovation.
