Formación

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital media, or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and social-first content.
• An active personal social media account with regular content creation.
• Hands-on filming, editing, and development from concept to execution.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Creative storytelling with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently within a team.
• Passion for digital culture areas such as sports, music, food, fashion, or entertainment.

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content tailored to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant social channels
• Collaborate closely with creative leads and the wider team to bring ideas to life
• Stay on top of platform trends, internet culture, and emerging content formats to create relevant, timely work
• Adapt creative ideas to different brand voices, audiences, and campaign objectives
• Balance creativity with speed, ensuring content is delivered efficiently without compromising quality
• Bring your personal experience as a content creator to the team, sharing insights into what drives engagement and resonates with audiences

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital media, or advertising
• A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills, particularly short-form video and social-first content
• An active personal social media account where you regularly create and share your own content
• Hands-on experience with filming, editing, and developing content from concept to execution
• A solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms, including their formats, trends, and audience behaviors
• The ability to think creatively, tell compelling stories, and adapt content for different audiences
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• A passion for sports, music, food, fashion, entertainment, or other areas of digital culture that you can bring into your creative work
