Rtist is seeking a Videographer cum Editor in Kuala Lumpur to craft engaging social media videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels. You will plan, shoot, and edit across campaigns, product shoots, and events, collaborating with designers and clients to meet briefs and timelines.

You’ll manage end-to-end production, adapt content to different formats, and apply basic colour grading and sound design. On-site shoots and travel may be required as part of the role.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Digital Media, Creative Media, Mass Communication, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, framing, and audio.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and creativity.
• Good understanding of social media content and current video trends.
• Experience with photography is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site and travelling for shoots or events when required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

We are looking for a Videographer cum Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for shooting and editing video content for our clients across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.

From coming up with creative shots to filming, editing, colour grading, sound design, and delivering the final video, you will be involved throughout the production process.

The role involves working on social media content, brand campaigns, events, product shoots, KOL content, and commercial videos. You may also be required to attend on-site shoots and events.
