Job summary

TikTok is seeking a highly capable Safety Operations professional to join the SMO Delivery Team. You will lead QA activities across safety projects, review complex cases, and translate policy requirements into actionable SOPs to improve model performance and review quality.

Close collaboration with Operations, Product, and global teams is essential. Fluency in English and Japanese liaison skills are required to communicate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internet Trust & Safety, QA, AI data evaluation, or policy operations.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Japanese proficiency is required for daily liaison with the Japan market.

Responsibilities

• Construct and iterate the core Golden Sets for the content safety ecosystem.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on high-risk safety cases and translate policies into SOPs and guidelines.
• Drive content safety data closed-loop with cross-functional collaboration to improve QA and AI interception.
• Establish robust daily QA mechanisms and track core data metrics for accuracy.
