South Ocean Technology Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Video Editor Operations Lead to drive TikTok and e-commerce content performance. You will manage Video Editors and Content Creators, plan content schedules, and oversee end-to-end production from briefing to publishing.

You will develop content directions aligned with business goals, monitor metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, and GMV, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a video/content operations team.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and social commerce.
• Ability to translate data into content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Video Editors and Content Creators and coordinate delivery.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly content schedules.
• Oversee full content workflow from briefing to publishing.
• Develop content directions based on business objectives.
• Monitor views, engagement, CTR, orders, GMV, and conversion rate.
• Test hooks, formats, CTAs, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Affiliate, Live Ops, and Creative teams.
