Job summary

UEM Edgenta is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion in Kulai, Johor. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators to meet target milestones and budgets.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least two years of supervision experience, with strong knowledge of construction methods and safety requirements. On-site work with close coordination across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction supervision (min. 2 years).
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators to align on goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specs.
• Prepare NOD and Bill of Quantities for client submissions and maintain project records.
• Update work orders in Edgenta PROPEL CMMS and PLUS/Ross systems as needed.
