Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee site activities, verify drawings and BOQ, and coordinate premix material procurement. The role requires diploma in civil engineering and hands-on site management experience.

You will lead toolbox talks, ensure PPE usage, and enforce Work Instructions while ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards at the construction site in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Must have solid knowledge of construction site management and safety practices.
• Experience documenting projects and maintaining records.
• Ability to supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with plans.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-commencement meetings and conduct site demarcation to prepare for construction activities.
• Verify that construction drawings and BOQ are accurate and in order.
• Supervise and monitor activities on-site before construction begins.
• Coordinate the procurement of premix materials, ensuring timely arrival and minimal wastage.
• Conduct toolbox meetings with workers to promote health and safety awareness.
• Ensure that personnel use PPE and follow Work Instructions (WIs).
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with planning and drawing specifications.
