Job summary

Beribu Inspirasi Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at project sites, ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field, possess 2–3 years of experience in construction, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to the project schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project operations.
