Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering/Construction Professional to support building projects. You will read drawings, supervise daily site activities, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality and safety. Based at project sites in Banting, Selangor, or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 2–3 years of construction experience; earthwork exposure is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects; earthwork experience is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of level survey is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, construction methods and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and the main contractor.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
