DONG JI (M) SDN. BHD. (SELANGOR BRANCH) seeks a proactive site coordinator to manage multiple construction sites in Malaysia.

You will coordinate site works, conduct regular inspections, and handle administration tasks including site diary records, progress reports, RFIs, drawings interpretation and AUTOCAD tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, possesses strong communication and execution skills, and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Relevant construction industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and execution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to coordinate multiple sites and teams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate site works for one or more construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Handle site administration tasks such as site diary, progress reports, RFIs, drawing interpretation, AUTOCAD, VO records and site measurements.
• Receive and check materials quality and quantity at site.
• Verify and get approval on Delivery Orders of materials at site with Main Contractor.
• Verify and get approval on monthly progress claims with Main Contractor.
• Attend site meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and authorities.
• Coordinate with Clients and subcontractors to meet project requirements and completion time.
• Manage materials, machineries, tools, and site equipment.
• Ensure staff and subcontractors work safely.
