Job summary

ENG HAN ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a vigilant Site Supervisor for on-site leadership in Malaysia. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, allocate tasks to crews and subcontractors, and ensure works adhere to drawings, specs, and method statements.

Collaboration with engineers, architects, consultants, and suppliers is essential. We expect at least a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in a related field and 2+ years of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledge in relevant statutory requirement pertaining to constructions, safety, building by laws will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements and procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel and undertake oversea assignment.
• Available vacancy in Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Allocate work and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve site problems, delays, and construction issues.
• Monitor site housekeeping and maintain an organized work area.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
