Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in construction supervision, strong knowledge of local safety regulations, and the ability to read drawings.

You’ll work hands-on on site with driving license and willing to travel within Sarawak.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and health and safety regulations in Malaysia.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel within Sarawak and hold a valid driving license.
• Preferably degree in construction management, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Manage site logistics including material delivery schedules and equipment positioning.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and identify delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and safety documentation.
• Communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to align on project goals.
• Assist in enforcing safety protocols on site.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks for standards compliance.
• Support budget tracking and resource utilization.
• Liaise with local authorities and utility companies as required.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including permits and drawings.
