Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to coordinate daily site activities, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires strong leadership and independent decision-making on complex project schedules.

You will conduct inspections, manage maintenance, coordinate resources, and maintain records, while promoting teamwork and safety culture. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is essential for stakeholder

Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 years of site operations experience in construction.
• MUST possess CIDB Green Card.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership and management skills to lead technical staff and workers.
• Ability to follow project schedules and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and staffing to keep the site operational.
• Supervise site personnel, supervisors, technicians, cleaners, and security staff.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and foreign workers.
• Monitor safety, maintain records, and enforce site procedures.
• Review work progress, address delays, and manage quality control.
• Prepare manpower schedules, shift arrangements, and attendance.
