Ideatect Concept in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan invites a proactive Sales Engineer/Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will drive sales and support ongoing projects, working with interior design teams and the marketing department to turn opportunities into contracts.

You will identify new opportunities in the construction and renovation space, prepare quotations, visit sites, and help design teams translate client needs into actionable briefs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry, contacting customers assigned by the Marketing Team.
• Identify and qualify renovation leads across Negeri Sembilan and Melaka, managing each opportunity from first contact to contract.
• Engage with potential clients for renovation and interior design services to understand needs and arrange appointments.
• Prepare clear, timely quotations and proposals outlining scope, materials and pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and translate requirements into briefs for designers and the technical team.
• Work with Interior Designers on plans and 3D drawings to confirm feasibility and align expectations.
• Negotiate contract terms, monitor payments and follow up to close deals while protecting margins.
• Coordinate smooth project handovers and assist in growing the sales team and handover content.
• Contribute to sales strategies and social media content creation for marketing purposes.
