Job summary

Edgenta FIRST Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure adherence to PM manuals, safety plans, and environmental requirements while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, supervise crews, conduct site inspections, and drive milestones to successful delivery.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
At least 2 years in a construction supervisory role with on-time, on-budget delivery.
Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes.

Responsibilities

Ensure work follows Project Management Manual, Quality Management Plan, Safety and Environmental plans.
Manage projects from initiation to completion within schedule and budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and regulators to set goals.
Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans and budgets; track milestones.
Supervise crews and subcontractors; assign work and monitor performance.
Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
Address issues during construction and implement corrective actions.
Maintain records in accordance with procedures.
Participate in On Site Coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Perform inspections and testing per ITPs and SWMS; record results.
Generate NOD and Bill of Quantities for client submission.
Monitor site safety plan implementation and correct breaches.
Update work orders in Edgenta PROPEL CMMS and PLUS ROSS systems.
